Recipe

Chicken Broccoli
Feeds my family of 6 two times (or cut the recipe in half)
Ingredients
1 c butter
1 c flour
8 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
4 c cooked, cut up chicken
2 lbs broccoli
2 lbs cheddar cheese
1 package cooked egg noodles
Instructions:
Make white sauce by melting butter in large pan. Add flour stirring constantly. When boiling, add milk stirring constantly with wire whisk. Heat to almost boil. Remove from heat. Mix with chicken, broccoli, and noodles. Sprink with cheese. Spread into 2 9x13 pans. Cover with foil and freeze. (I have never got this recipe to turn out overly good, so I add one jar of alfredo sauce as well and it makes it taste so much better!)
To serve: Thaw. Bake 350 for 30.

well, think about it, the "sauce" is butter, flour and milk, it sounds to be a little bland just to start, the alfredo at least gives you some garlic (and probably salt) to work with or something... :-)
