Alright, so I said I was going to try and use our pumpkins this year. So I started with easy pumpkin seeds. They were so good too. I used the seeds from the pumpkin that we carved. Here is the recipe...
1/2 seeds, 2 cups water, 2 Tbsp salt. That is the ratio.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 15-20 minutes. Spread flat on a greased cookie sheet
bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
They were so yummy and just the right amount of salt!

I think I'm going to try this next year... I like the idea of not letting things go to waist! Hopefully our jackOlanterns will last longer next year too!
